Shipping costs and taxes are calculated by the backend before payment opens. Tracking details are added to the order timeline after shipment.
Custom order returns
DeskSylvan keyboard builds are customized or configured for the buyer and cannot be returned after purchase because they cannot be resold as new. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact support within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos so we can review repair, replacement, or any required refund remedy.
Cancellations
Orders can be reviewed before payment. After payment, cancellation depends on whether fulfillment or custom work has started.
