Orders
Orders are created after checkout validation and inventory reservation. Payment must be completed through an enabled provider before fulfillment begins.
Product configuration
Keyboard configuration previews help shoppers understand the selected build. Customized or configured products are final-sale after purchase unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order. Final pricing, inventory, shipping, tax, and payment state are determined by the backend.
Policy acceptance
By placing an order, the buyer confirms the active terms, privacy policy, and shipping and returns policy shown at checkout, including the custom-order no-return rule.
